Vivere, an innovative Italian restaurant located on the 11th floor of the vibrant Sugar+ commercial space in Causeway Bay, opened its doors to the public on February 23, 2023. Embodying the Italian word for "to be alive," Vivere aims to invigorate its guests with an extraordinary dining experience that transcends traditional culinary boundaries. The restaurant combines ethereal cuisine, exceptional service, and captivating entertainment, all set against the stunning backdrop of Victoria Park and Hong Kong's iconic skyline.

With Vivere as a client, I played a pivotal role in shaping the restaurant's public narrative and enhancing its visibility through a multifaceted PR campaign.

Strategic Media Outreach

Collaborating closely with my team, I executed a targeted media outreach strategy, resulting in extensive coverage that amassed a total PR value exceeding $5.8 million. This included prominent interviews with the founder featured in esteemed lifestyle publications such as Wenweipo, U Magazine, and Cosmart.

Media Tastings

I pitched and organised exclusive media tastings, providing journalists and creators with the opportunity to experience Vivere’s culinary offerings firsthand. This initiative not only enhanced media relations but also generated authentic buzz around the restaurant prior to its opening.

Creative Development of Press Release

I spearheaded the creation of a compelling press release that encapsulated the essence and vision of Vivere. Through meticulous attention to detail and a focus on evocative language, I ensured that the release effectively conveyed the restaurant's unique offerings and vibrant atmosphere, successfully generating considerable media interest.
